I had an excellent experience with this clinic. The doctors were professional, polite, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. The consultations never felt rushed, and I felt that all my questions were addressed thoroughly. I was very pleased with the quality of care and the overall consultation. The laboratory work was particularly thorough and well organized. The results came back earlier than projected and were provided in a clear, well-structured digital format via email, which I found very convenient. The laboratory nurses were kind and attentive throughout the process. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable, although, as in any organization, experiences may vary slightly depending on the individual and the circumstances. Appointment times are respected most of the time but do not exclude some delay. Waiting times can vary from doctor to doctor. While I have not personally used the web consultation service, I think it is a great option to have available for patients. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to others seeking professional, thorough, and patient-centered medical care.
